Admission Process

Applicant companies :

• Must be locally registered, no more than 2 years prior to the application date
  
  
• Must have at least 50% + 1 vote of shares in ownership of a local individual or company
  
  
• Must be an independent legal unit (not a development department of another company)
  
  
• Must have a maximum of 100.000 euro in turnovers
  
  
• Must have a maximum of 7 full time employees
  
  
• Must be focused on Research & Development activities
  
  
• Must prove high potential for sustainable local development (materialized in a compelling business plan and a credible team of employees)
  
  
• Must be engaged in the development of software or telecommunication related products
  
  
• Must agree to a biannual coaching/supervision to reassess eligibility
