Thursday, March 26th, starting at 17.00, Timisoara Software Business Incubator will organize an open event aiming to create an opportunity for entrepreneurs and managers from software development companies or to other interested specialists to review and discuss topics related to legal matters specific to this industry.
Over a two hour time, Florin Dumitrescu, jurist and senior associate at Dumitrescu & Associates (www.dumitrescuasc.ro), will introduce the participants in a debate on a set of both general and specific topics, including or related to:
- e-commerce legislation
- electronic contracting, electronic signature and timestamping
- spam, identity theft, copyright infringement and other forms of on-line crime.
Following the discussions, participants will be invited to network over a cup of coffee.
