Friday, March 5th, more than 30 Timişoara highschool students will spend their Job Shadow Day within the incubator, trying to understand the different facetes of professional activities of incubated companies and incubator's employees. Both managerial and technical positions (web designer, programmer, tester, customer support operator) will be experienced within the project initiated by Junior Achivement Romania and locally coordinated by eng. Camelia Moţ from West Techinical College.
Beside UBIT, SoftBuild, Abstract Connection, Reflection Media will be involved in this project.
During the day, the Incubator's training room will also host a bigger group of students interested in photography that will learn from Valentin Arfire of europhoto.ro, how to shot, process and publish spheric panoramas, a special type of digital photography.
We are expecting participating student to try to understand the advantages of getting a job in or even initiating a start-up, compared to a position in a corporation.
Smart questions will, of course, be encouraged! And answered by the specialists in the incubator.
