Thursday, April 29th, starting at 6PM, Timisoara Software Business Incubator (location details here) will host a new edition of the Incubated Tea.
This time, we'll have Valerica Dragomir as special guest. Valerica is the executive director of ANIS , and a very good "conneuseur" of the main developments in the national and international software industry stages, including their entrepreneurial layers.
We'll take the opportunity of having Valerica in Timişoara and we'll invite her to start discussions by offering her views over several issues:
* Driving formal or informal professional & business networking? Structure and focus vs. flexibility and opportunity chasing
* Where's the danger coming from for the Romanian IT companies? Competition from outside or the inner organizational development limitations
* Co-opetion a la Roumaine: what prevents Romanian ICT companies to get involved in sectoral development efforts (clustering, standard adoption, joint projects, joint R&D, joint training, etc)
Following the initial 30-45 minutes discussion, participants will be encouraged to engage in small-group talks above their themes of interest over a cup of tea or coffee.
