In the framework of the Cluster Development for Successful IT&C Sectors project (HURO/0901/124/2.1.2), ARIES-TM and DEAK Plc. invites you to participate to the Software Business Internationalization Training. A set of practical tools (questionnaires and checklists), will be used by the participants in exercises exemplifying stages in the preparation, design and implementation of the internationalization process. The  target audience  of the training consists of representatives (CEOs or CMOs) of Romanian and Hungarian small and medium size software companies currently in the planning, or in the early stages of their international expansion.
We assume they have already started their business and that they have a real need to better understand their position and want achieve a greater success by expanding to international markets.
Our  team of trainers combines  extensive theoretical and practical knowledge with proven achievements of launching both software products and services on international markets, recording rapidly and in multiple cases +10M USD worth of sales for  Romanian and foreign companies: 
Dragos Florian Stanescu,  currently GM CEEMEA and APAC and Strategic Business  Alliances,  for the Bucharest-based BitDefender.
Dr.  Ciprian Man  is  Managing Partner  of  EBIG,  a marketing consulting company and Piatras, a software services company, both located in Timisoara. He was a  lecturer  and researcher in the Marketing Department of West University Timisoara.
Szilard Asztalos is a lawyer operating in West Romania and offering legal council to several software firms.
