Despite the summer holidays are already here, we are still active, inviting Timisoara IT startup people to join us in our premisses, on 9th, Republicii Blvd, 3rd floor, for a new edition of the Incubated Coffee events, Tuesday, August 2nd, starting at 8.30.Our gathering will be centered on informal discussions on several issues of utmost importance for small lean startups:
- troubles, challenges and satisfaction in starting an IT company
- remote development, distributed teams and/vs outsourcing;
- continuous clients and efficient multi-platform development
- leveraging cloud computing for building and deploying massively scalable systems
As a special guest for this edition we'll have Rinat Abdullin.
Rinat is CTO at Lokad, a French company providing on-demand forecasting and business intelligence services (SaaS model). Lokad.com entered in business as a startup supported by Telecom Paris Tech Incubator. Lokad is still a small company with less than a dozen people working from 4 countries but negotiating business with top European retailers, boldly competing with multi-billion players on the market. As one of the first BizSpark members in France Lokad evolved towards winning the Windows Azure Partner Award 2010.
According to Rinat, "Lokad team loves sharing their experience and learning from others. In this respect we are hosting a few cloud-focused open source projects and a podcast on distributed development. All this helps us to improve, build business connections and attract potential partners and talented developers".
