ICT Cluster of Szeged (Hungary) in co-opearation with DEAK Non-Profit Research Group is organizing in Szeged, October 28th-29th, a trilateral match-making event with the participation of ICT companies and R&D organizations from Szeged, Timisoara and Novi Sad areas.
The two-days event will offer participating companies interested to co-operate with ICT entities in neighboring countries a framework to introduce themselves, to present their products and services, to discuss common business opportunities and build business relations beyond the borders.
The slogan of the event is: "IT without frontiers", and its goal is to emphasize specific fields like software quality, embedded systems, language and speech technology, e-Health, agriculture and IT, industry specific solutions and other. The first day of the event will be focused on facilitating the B2B interaction, while the second one will be oriented on the cooperation in a B2IT research organizations setting.

Thursday, October 28th,
14:00-18:00 B2B component (participating companies' presentations and informal bi-, multi-lateral discussions)
18:00-19:30 dinner offered by the organizers
19:30- informal bi-, multi-lateral discussions
Friday, October 29th
09:00 - 12:30 B2R&D and R&D2R&D component (research organizations' presentations and informal bi-, multi-lateral discussions)
12:30 - 13:30 lunch offered by the organizers
13:30 - 15:00 B2B component (participating companies' presentations and informal bi-, multi-lateral discussions)
15:00 closing of the event
The participation on the event is free of charge, coffee breaks and meals being offered by the Hungarian hosts. Please note that the travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the organizers, all participants being responsible to properly arrange this issues!

Both successful and rejected applicants will be announced about the result of selection process on October 19th, the latest.
Romanian participation to this event is a preliminary activity in the context of Cluster2Success, an EU funded Hungary-Romania cross border cooperation project to start this November 1st, coordinated by ARIES-TM (Romanian Association for Electronics and Software Industry -Timisoara Branch http://www.aries-tm.ro/) and DEAK (http://www.deakszeged.hu/), having Timisoara Software Business Incubator (http://www.it-incubator.ro/) as associated party, that will specifically address the issue of structuring and formalizing of an IT&C Cluster in Timisoara/West Romania.
