The Timişoara Software Business Incubator was established and financed by a consortium of three local public institutions and a German public agency.



"Politehnica" University of Timişoara
The "Politehnica" University of Timişoara is one of the largest and most renowned technical universities in the Central and Eastern Europe. The Univesity was founded in 1920; it has steadily been an outstanding university, with a well-deserved reputation for excellence. 


Timisoara City Hall& City Council
The Strategic Development Concept for Timişoara, framed by the Timişoara City Hall, underline the need for research activity within the local companies – with a view of implementing new technologies in the area – and, at the same time, on facilitating the shaping of the local labor force in accordance with the real requirements of modern economy and the need of the existing companies.

GTZ - The German Society for Technical Cooperation
Established in 1975, the GTZ institution is globally active in the field of international cooperation for sustainable development. Technical cooperation is not centralized on technical knowledge transfer, but on the mediation of knowledge which will assist people in ordering their own present and future.
